Privacy notice

This is a draft outline, not a final privacy notice.

VAIPA isn't publicly available yet. This outline is waiting for review by a UK data-protection solicitor, and it will change. Items marked “to be confirmed” aren't decided. Please don't rely on this page.

Who we are

VAIPA is made by Vaitly. Legal entity name, company number, registered address and data protection contact: to be confirmed.

This website

The VAIPA website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. If you choose a light or dark theme, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. Like any website, the hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Hosting provider details and retention: to be confirmed.

The early access list

If you email us to join the early access list, we'll use your email address and anything you include in your message to tell you when VAIPA is available and to reply to you. Lawful basis, retention period and email provider: to be confirmed.

The VAIPA apps (when available)

The final notice will explain, for each kind of information VAIPA uses, what it is, why it's used, the lawful basis, who processes it and how long it's kept. It is expected to cover:

  • your account and sign-in details
  • accounts you choose to connect, such as calendar and email
  • meeting and voice-note transcripts (text only: meeting audio is not stored or uploaded)
  • your answers in Get to Know Me and the preferences VAIPA learns
  • information that needs explicit consent, such as allergies and dietary requirements
  • location information, if you choose to share it
  • the actions you approve and the record of what VAIPA did
  • the AI and other service providers that process data for VAIPA to be confirmed

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including to access it, correct it, delete it, and object to or restrict how it's used. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. How to exercise each right with VAIPA: to be confirmed.

Contact

Email hello@vaipa.co.uk. Final privacy contact address: to be confirmed.
